How the Law of Attraction correlates to satanism and why it's NO BUENO.
What is the definition of the Law of Attraction?
Here is the definition according to thelawofattraction.com:
“Simply put, the Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. It is believed that regardless of age, nationality, or religious belief, we are all susceptible to the laws which govern the Universe, including the Law of Attraction. It is the Law of Attraction that uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality.”
The only challenge with that definition is it doesn’t tell us what the LOA actually is, it only tells us what it allegedly does.
So, let’s look at Lawofattractionhub.com:
They said “ Wikipedia defines Law of Attraction as The Law of Attraction is the name given to the maxim ‘like attracts like’ which . . is used, to sum up, the idea that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts a person brings positive or negative experiences into their life. This belief is based upon the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from ‘pure energy’, and the belief that like energy attracts like energy.”
Interestingly enough, Lawofattractionhub.com left out a few keywords from the ACTUAL Wikipedia definition. Sketchy but anyways see below for the real Wikipedia definition:
“In the New Thought philosophy, the Law of Attraction is a pseudoscience based on the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person's life. The belief is based on the idea that people and their thoughts are made from "pure energy" and that a process of like energy attracting like energy exists through which a person can improve their health, wealth, and personal relationships. There is no empirical scientific evidence supporting the law of attraction, and it is widely considered to be pseudoscience.”
Why would they leave out “pseudoscience” & “There is no empirical scientific evidence supporting the law of attraction, and it is widely considered to be pseudoscience.”? Maybe because it’s not real science?
So if it’s not scientifically proven, maybe it’s spiritually proven?
But what if I told you that the term “Law of Attraction” was created by a Satanist? Keep reading…
Now, let's see what the Thesecret.tv says about the LOA:
“Under the Law of Attraction, the complete order of the Universe is determined, including everything that comes into your life and everything that you experience. It does so through the magnetic power of your thoughts.” FYI: This definition was very hard to find on their website. Why would a website that preaches about the LOA not have the definition readily accessible? Weird.
Okay, now that we have addressed the definitions and pointed out some strange things let’s talk about its correlation to satanism.
The words “Law” “of” and “Attraction” were put together in a book titled Isis Unveiled written by Helena Blavatsky. Helena was a Russian Philosopher and cofounder of the Theosophical Society, an occult religious system founded in the late 19th century. If you do your proper research into Blavatsky, you’ll find her ties with Satanism.
Here are a few quotes from Helena about her thoughts on Satan:
“Satan, who is the enemy of God, is in reality, the highest divine spirit.”
“It is ‘Satan who is the god of our planet and the only god’, and this without any allusive metaphor to its wickedness and depravity. For he is one with the Logos, ‘the first son, eldest of the gods.’”
“In this case, it is but natural-even from the dead letter standpoint-to view Satan, the serpent of Genesis, as the real creator and benefactor, the Father of Spiritual mankind. For it is he who was the “Harbinger of Light,” bright radiant Lucifer, who opened the eyes of the automaton created by Jehovah, as alleged; and he who was the first to whisper: “in the day ye eat thereof ye shall be as Elohim, knowing good and evil”-can only be regarded in the light of our Savior.”
“Lucifer is divine and terrestrial light, the “Holy Ghost” and “Satan” at one and the same time.”
Helena also published a magazine titled Lucifer which published more than 2,800 articles between 1887 and 1897. Helena is also quoted saying that she would like to “remove Christianity from the face of the earth”.
So, let's put all of this together: a woman who wants to remove Christianity from the face of the earth and refers to Satan as “the real creator and benefactor, the Father of Spiritual mankind” coined the phrase “Law of Attraction”. What does this tell you? Let’s also be reminded that the Law of Attraction is widely used and practiced throughout the New Age and New Thought movement.
Check out what the founder of the Church of Satan has to say about the New Age movement:
“In the scores of books lining the shelves of New Age bookstores, there are instructions for guided meditations, creative visualizations, out-of-body experiences, getting in touch with your spirit guides, fortune-telling by cards, crystal balls, or the stars. What if Satanists reclaimed these for their own dark purposes and integrated them into rituals dedicated to the Devil where they rightfully belong?…. New Agers have freely drawn all manner of satanic material adapting it to their own hypocritical purposes. But in truth, all ‘New Age’ labeling is, again, trying to play the Devil's game without using his infernal name.”

In closing, Satan wants people to believe they have control over their lives, that they can attract anything their flesh desires, and that people are little gods with power. He wants people to be enchanted with lies and worldly promises of pleasures, and possessions. The last thing Satan wants is for people to know that there is only one God Who can truly give you "abundance", a God who rules, a God who judges, a God who oversees, and a God who gives eternal life. Turn from evil practices, and turn towards Jesus, He will redeem you and make you rich in ways you’ve never imagined!
